 Training for Improved Performance (TIP)

Safety & Risk Management Academy

The Wright Associates can help with existing safety, health, environmental, and human resource development programs; provide keynote and event speakers; and provide employee and management level training.

TIP is a three phase process that gives your workplace the genuine opportunity to reach the goal of zero injuries.

  • It is a behavior based safety process designed to empower people to be able to take individual responsibility for their personal safety.
  • TIP provides insight through high impact training sessions, with methodologies and strategies to improve attitudes, values, and behaviors.
  • It gives participants the tools to take control of their safety and health performance.
  • As a Behavioral based process, TIP is designed to work alongside and enhance any best practices and initiatives that are already in place.
  • It fills in the gaps between where a business’s safety performance currently is and where its leaders want it to be.
  • It moves one step beyond behavior-based safety to the root causes of behavior – preparation, active learning, and actions.
